NCOR-KUH Medical Student Summer 2025 Cohort Celebrated at UW Symposium

The Summer 2025 cohort of the NCOR-KUH Summer Medical Student Research Program proudly showcased their scholarly achievements at the UWSOM Triple I Medical Student Poster Symposium on November 18, 2025, held at the University of Washington’s South Campus Center. Throughout the evening, students — Hannah Bender, Shaniya Alex, Jessie Gong, and Yurong Shao — presented the research they conducted over the summer and engaged with faculty, peers, and community members about the impact and innovation behind their projects.

The event highlighted the curiosity, dedication, and accomplishments of this talented group of future physician–scientists. The NCOR-KUH program is thrilled to celebrate their hard work and to support their continued growth as they advance knowledge and contribute to the medical community.
